We are a small family-company with about 70 horses on our farm. During the summer we are offering 5-7-day riding-tours, short riding trips and accomodation in our guesthouse. We are also breeding and training horses.

Stefán has made riding tours since more than 15 years and has aquired a lot of experience since then. He grew up with horses and has been on horseback since his childhood.

Our tours in the east-fjords are a good opportunity to discover and enjoy the beautyful typical icelandic landscape on horseback: wide black beaches, stark plateaux, narrow fjords engulfed by steep cliffs, stunning views of glaciers.
Participation in our 5-7-day riding tours needs experience in outdoor riding and good physical condition, because we have to walk sometimes with our horses over the top of mountains. The terrain is various and the style of the tours is quite dynamic.
We offer in our long tours a bride variety of different horses. We will provide rain clothes and helmets during the riding expedition.

We also offer small riding trips for beginners and little experienced riders around our farm for 1-2 hours to get in contact with the icelandic horse on our most trustful horses.

In our guesthouse we have 19 beds, offer bed and breakfast with breakfast buffet. We can inform you about the different restaurants in Egilsstaðir.
